I WILL TEACH YOU HOW TO DO IT LIKE THAT. ITS EASY. AND THEN YOU CAN WEAR IT BOTH WAYS. LOOKS LIKE SHE THINNED IT A LOT. I LOVE IT WHEN THEY DO THAT!
Both ways look great. I imagine she kept blow drying it using a large round brush and rolling it under.
