As suggested by my mother (who was told by another person) I used coconut for the beard and miniature M&M's for the eyes and nose. Also, remember to leave out a few of the white chocolate chips for the pom-pom on the hat!

Those are really cute! I bet they left a huge mess in your kitchen. I used to love those peanut butter cookies. Me and Shannon would buy a pack and nearly finish them off. They are sooo bad for you though!

I am getting ready to attempt making peppermint bark. I saw it on TV, I don't care for peppermint but had some bark at a christmas bizarre and it was good. So, wish me luck.
I won't get to make it until this sunday, tonight we pick corey up at the airport and head to SF for a celtic christmas concert. :)
The mini m&m's look fine for the eyes, but what my friend used is mini chocolate chips. She used the mini m&m's for the nose instead of red hots.
